1. 24 Hour Emergency Service
Small Business
Many small businesses today are faced with the task of trying to match the right technology with their business model. AP Sites has worked with over 90 small to mid-sized businesses utilizing resources typically available only to fortune 500 companies. We work with multiple vendors on many scales to create solutions that are both cost effective and yield a result that will positively impact your bottom line.
Technology Is Not Smoke and Mirrors
We work with your staff to form solutions. Our clients typically have an employee on staff that has multiple roles, one of those roles is helping with technology problems. AP Sites will help educate your key employees on new hardware and software that will solve the unique challenges that face your company. We generally do not charge for brief phone consultations so your employees can feel confident in getting support when they need it.
Local Support For Hardware and Software
We take calls daily for Dell, HP and many other major brands. Most of these companies have excellent support but it is difficult to navigate the system to get a timely result. Some of the biggest hurdles in trying to obtain support over the phone are long hold times, the speaking capabilities of support staff and the limits of support provided remotely.
AP Sites provides a unique solution by supporting our clients personally. We will act on your behalf, talking to manufacturers, getting replacement parts and finding the quickest, most cost effective solution for your problem. This reduces the time effecting the workflow in your company.

When it comes to protecting valuable computer data, most of us know that we should be making regular backups because a system failure would cause unthinkable hardship.
Even with this knowledge, many customers live through each day without a backup for accounting data, databases, digital photos and other important files that are irreplaceable.
3. AP Sites Gets Bay City Network Back Online After Fire
BAY CITY, Mich. — When an Oct. 12 fire shut down Bay City Hall and knocked out the city's main computer servers, the scene appeared pretty hopeless: massive water damage everywhere.
AP Sites saw an opportunity.
"The city's entire network was sitting in about 10000 gallons of water," said Peter Avery, owner of AP Sites, 1415 Center Ave. "At that point, you can throw your hands in the air, or you can work quickly to get your business back up and running.
"We're the ones you call when throwing your hands in the air isn't an option."
Avery got his first look at the damage after the fire. Servers containing accounts and billings, the city Internet network, employee e-mail, documents and more were completely flooded.
Water had run from the top of the building and pooled where the servers were, he said.
